Meet Philip On, fondly known as "YéYé" to his 12 adoring grandchildren, whose culinary roots run deep within his family's heritage. From his grandfather Wong On's humble beginnings as a ranch cook, to his father's establishment of On's Cafe, the torch of culinary excellence was passed down.
